Make a donation to the fight against prostate cancer
With more than 59,000 new cases in France, prostate cancer is the most common cancer among men. Significant progress has been made in recent years, but many promising avenues remain to be explored, particularly to improve the management of metastatic prostate cancer.

Innovating to Improve Prostate Cancer Treatment: Three Flagship Research Programs:
Understanding the mechanisms behind the formation of prostate cancer metastases: This research area aims to identify biomarkers in circulating tumor cells (cells that cause metastases) in patients with metastatic prostate cancer. Studying these biomarkers enables the delivery of personalized treatment to patients with “early-stage” metastatic prostate cancer and helps predict their response to treatment.
Identifying mechanisms of treatment resistance: In 80% of cases, patients with metastatic prostate cancer will initially respond to therapies but will eventually develop resistance. This research focus aims to identify the cellular mechanisms involved in resistance to various treatments through genetic analysis and liquid biopsy.
Characterizing the immunological environment of prostate cancers: While immunotherapy has proven effective in a wide range of diseases, it is effective in only 2% of patients with metastatic prostate cancer. The goal of this program is to understand the mechanisms of resistance to immunotherapies.
