Endometrial, cervical, and ovarian (or fallopian tube) cancers are the most common types of cancers of the female reproductive system, affecting nearly 15,000 new cases among women each year in France.

Ovarian cancer is a cancer with subtle symptoms. It affects nearly 4,500 women and is responsible for 3,150 deaths per year in France.

Often diagnosed too late, it is difficult to cure. Research is one of the ways to try to detect it earlier and find new treatments.

Endometrial and cervical cancers are more often diagnosed at a localized stage, and many can be cured with local treatment. Unfortunately, in the event of a relapse, there is often no effective treatment.
