This chatbot uses artificial intelligence technology (Microsoft Copilot).

The responses generated are based on a knowledge base validated by the medical teams at Gustave Roussy.

To protect your privacy, we are providing you with information on how data is processed in connection with the use of this chatbot.

This chatbot is not intended to collect or process your personal data.

You are therefore asked not to include any information that could directly or indirectly identify you in your questions. The information you provide may contain details related to your health and is processed solely to generate an informative response.

Using the chatbot does not require any identification. No information that could directly or indirectly identify you is requested or processed.

The content of conversations and associated metadata are neither stored nor used. IP addresses are systematically masked to preserve your anonymity, and logging of conversation transcripts is disabled.

Finally, no cookies are or will be set when using the chatbot.

Consequently, this chatbot does not process any personal data. However, since the questions asked may pertain to your health, the Microsoft Copilot tool used to process the exchanges is hosted on an infrastructure compliant with the Health Data Hosting (HDS) certification, ensuring a high level of security and confidentiality in accordance with the provisions of the Public Health Code.
