She is currently actively engaged in clinical translational research, aiming to integrate microbiota-focused interventions into personalized and innovative care for cancer patients.

In addition to her clinical and research activities, Dr. Derosa leads a course dedicated to the gut microbiota. She teaches in numerous training programs at Gustave Roussy and the Paris-Saclay University School of Medicine, contributing to the dissemination of knowledge and the training of both students and healthcare professionals.
